Shelter Services
We are proud of the shelter services that we offer to the community. From adoptions to advice, our caring and trained staff can assist you as needed.
- Adoptions: Any approved person can adopt a companion animal from SCAC; you do not need to live within our service area.
- Surrenders: Only residents of our service area can surrender an animal to SCAC (by appointment only).
- General Advice: We can help anyone if they have a question about pet care. If we don’t know, we will find someone who can provide you with information. Call our Service Advisor at 802-375-2898 (during our regular business hours) or send an email to info@2ndchanceanimalcenter.org.
